I count calories with ITrackBites app. Cheese sauce: - 1 cup cashews - 1 cup sweet potatoes - Juice of 1 lime - 250ml water you boiled potatoes in - salt , garlic powder to taste Soak cashes overnight in water, peel and chop potatoes , then boil potatoes until soft, add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth Breakfast recipe: - 1 apple - 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup - 1 tsp cinnamon - Splash almond milk - 1 cup quick oats - 2 cups water Chop your apples , in a skillet add maple syrup and apples , add splash of water and place lid on , cook apples until soft about 2-4 minutes - check before pulling if heat they are soft Cook oats per instruction, place everything into a bowl and enjoy Dinner recipe: - sweet potatoes - Ground turkey - Cheese sauce - Avocado Boil sweet potatoes until soft , season turkey with chili powder, garlic powder, red pepper chili flakes , and salt.
