This fried tofu can go with salads, mashed potatoes, rice or even in soups. and vegetables. Ingredients: 250 grs hard tofu 1 tsp sweet paprika 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp oregano salt t o taste 2-3 tbsp. olive oil extra virgin Take all ingredients to a frypan and cook on medium temperature until a little brown color on your tofu. Serve hot or cold - I love it either way : ) Bon Appetite : )
