@BennettRedacted4 years agoCornstarch tenderizes meat? I didn' t know that. I thought cornstarch is usually added to proteins to help them brown and/or improve mouthfeel. 1

@riffraffchoppers2 years agoEvery time i make this i have to leave it in the oven for at least 40 minutes for it to get crispy and broil it. And when i flip it the bread crumbs dont stick. Why?
