@simone2225 years agoThe two kinds/varieties of rice used; the Himalayan pink salt; tofu; and safflower are what I think add specialness and sophistication to this heart-warming Filipino dish. In Kapampangan we call chicken arroz caldo, lelut manuk. :) Thank you for yet another terrific cooking video. Happy Holidays, LittleChef! ...5
