@jayguitar3 years ago I’m really excited about building one of these later this year! I think after seeing this I will build it as a 50 watt rather then 25w. Such an awesome amp!

@cheyneluke93303 years ago Sounds so good Jason! Great playing as always! Thanks for the info in the video too. I must admit I love the sound of less NFB as it’s just more raucous and bitey to me. Man I’m going to have to get all of your PCBs. There’s not one amp you build that sounds bad! ...

@JoelGrindMusic2 weeks ago Whats interesting is this is working the opposite of both my Wizards (W800 & MCII), when Contour it on 10 its brighter and on 0 its darker. Also the one in this video is much more subtle, on mine if you go from 0 to 10 its a massive change in sound and feel. It almost goes from a darker round sound to a mid pushed aggressive thrash metal tone. ...

@eyedunno846211 months ago VERY surprised to see the Orange Drops throughout, thought it was vintage Mustard or Sozo giving a subtle fuzy/warming of tone but nope, straight up clear-as-bell Orange caps everywhere.
That certainly explains the refined tone and makes me re-evaluate a bit

@olirossow3179last year Sounds absolutely gnarly, Jason! One Question for an expert like you are: If I pull the "Pull Boost" on the Lead-Channel of a Modern Classic, does it engage Diode-Clipping like in the Jubilee-Amps? Does The Modern Classic in General have Clipping like a Jose-Modded Amp? What Kind of Diodes? Would be nice to know, Thank you! ...

@alecwilliams93302 years ago I see the Axe III there, been begging Cliff to add a Wizard MC for years… as someone who builds em from scratch, any advice to get as close as possible to a wizard in the Axe (amps, switching out tonestacks, etc)? 1

@olirossow317911 months ago what do I actually get, when I plug into the low input? I suppose it bypasses one gainstage?
