The CYA Vegan Bowl Contains;
4 small potatoes steamed
3/4 a cup of black beans from a can rinsed
1 lemon squeezed
1 tbsp of ground flax seed
1 cup of collard greens steamed
1 cup of broccoli steamed
2 tbsp of slivered almonds
1/2 of a brazil nut
Plate them up and sprinkle on your favorite sauce. BBQ seemed to blend well with the nutty toppings.
