Here is a fusion Asian-Italian recipe that I've been working on. It's one of my favourite noodle dishes and something that everyone should try making! Ingredients: For the Sauce: - 3 Cloves Garlic (finely minced) - 1 White Onion (diced) - 1 Capsicum (roasted) - 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce - 1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar - 1 Heaped Teaspoon White Miso Paste - Pinch of Chilli Flakes For the Noodles: - 200g Fettuccine (or any other noodle) - 1 Cup Mushrooms (sliced) - 1 Broccoli (chopped) - 1 Tablespoon Peanut Oil - Salt + Pepper (to taste) - Coriander (to serve)
