It reminded me of my oldest son, Corey, moving out becoming the great man he is today. I used to go into his empty room and look around and pray that I gave him the tools in life to succeed and be a good man. The first couple months were so hard but that’s our job preparing them for adulthood💜 ... 2

If Gabe were 50 years older he would know what it was like to go to college in the late 60's with the Vietnam protests, Kent State shooting, and me surviving 4 semesters of college calculus! Good times were had by all. Go make memories, Gabe! All the very best!!! ... 1

@lilybee_3 years ago Gabe is so smart and sweet. He's going to do great in college. Our baby just made his first trip home from college. He started two weeks ago. He left his dog behind and she was sad the first week. She's adjusted and seemed fine when he left to go back to school today.
Such a bittersweet time isnt it? ...

I remember when all of my children were home, now my children’s children some are living away because of jobs after college,and some are in college. Sad for grandma not getting to see some of her grandchildren often when she was used to seeing them all the time.. ( that would be me ) 😊😢you have great children, you’ve done a 👏.good job.
