Potato Cheese Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
4 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of melted butter
1 potato (mashed)
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of grated parmesean cheese
1 teaspoon of dried parsley
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of shredded parmesean cheese
Directions:
1) In a large bowl add flour, salt, milk, butter, then mix well and knead for 5 minutes
2) Roll into a ball, place in a ziplock bag, and place in fridge for an hour
3) In a large bowl, add potato, mayo, grated parmesean cheese, dried parsley, and mix well
4) Remove ziplock bag from fridge, and roll out using a rolling pin
5) In the middle of the dough, add mozzarella cheese, shredded parmesean cheese, and about 1 cup of the potato mixture
6) Start wrapping up the dough around the mixture while pinching it together to secure it, and then roll out flat again
7) In a pan with butter/oil, fry the bread until lightly golden on both sides
8) Enjoy!
