Presenting you our next Recipe "Neer Urundai ". This Dish will be Superb Snacks as well as a meal for everyone. Do try it out in your Home & Let us know. The Ingredients are given Below.
Ingredients:
* Idli Rice- 2 big cups
* Red chilly- 10
* Curry leaves- few
* Mustard- few
* Coconut - half cup
* Salt to taste
* Oil - 2 spoons.
Process:
1. Soak rice in water for 1 hour, grind them coarsely with salt.
2. Take a pan to add oil, add mustard, after they splutter, add curry leaves and red chilly fry them, then add the grounded batter slowly, add coconut also.
3. Fry them until is half cooked. Then turn off the flame. Make fine balls once.
4. Add them in Idli pot. Keep them for 15- 20 min. Serve hot as it is.
