My sugar free snacks that helped with fast weight loss for me.
Losing 3 kg in 4 weeks! and not even training for 2 of those weeks, So in celebration of Sugar free February being over I am posting an update on my experience. The weight I have lost and the way I feel. Also sharing the snacks I went too when I was having those sugary cravings!!
The amount of weight I lose was UNREAL! I feel soo much better, so if I can help any one else I would be soo happy!!

P.s.. drink over 2 litres of water a day.. if you struggle, find a bottle that helps you down it! :D
