Let's make an amazing weight gain smoothie without any peanut butter! Ingredients: - Whole Milk (or alternative milk if you're lactose intolerant) - Oatmeals (gluten-free are better) - Walnuts or almonds (to replace the peanut butter) - Apple Cider Vinegar (adds a little taste that balances the smoothie and detoxifies). You can also try ginger. - Olive oil (to add some calories easily for hardgainerz) - Raw Honey This smoothie does not contain peanut butter, yet it is quite effective for weight gain and muscle gain. Don't forget to add apple cider vinegar, which provides an excellent flavor to the smoothie while also helping you minimize your fat intake. In the video, I pour a little olive oil, but this is entirely optional. You won't taste the olive oil in the smoothie if you use a small amount, as I did. I recommend a little olive oil for people who have difficulties gaining weight. It also thins out the mixture even further.
