Then the company is bought out... and now it’s a private company... then the private company donates its assets to the government to build a park.... so it transferred from a security, to a private company then transferred to a public domain... wtf. Securities change ALL the time. For big example Treasury bonds pay out in US Dollars.. a security is transferred to currency.. ...

@sirex7123 years ago I’m pretty sure the reason, Jay Clayton’s term doesn’t expire till June 5th, Gensler wouldn’t be able to start till after the term. However, the senate will talking about this executive calendar #33, they have to vote (probably) on allowing him to assume the role for the remainder of the term until June 5th, which his term would officially begin - if he’s 100% confirmed, I don’t remember if he’s been confirmed by the full senate, so far he’s passed the initial senate sub committee ...

I have to say Brad you've recently been making a lot of assumptions and asking questions that may very well not actually be questions. I understand you want to put out content, but you should take into consideration the difference between speculation and conspiracy - speculation is based on facts and questioning where they might lead, conspiracy is based on a lack of information and inserting whatever pops into your head. We just had a massive administration shift and congress is busy pushing all kinds of other legislation. Just because Gensler's confirmation is important to you and I doesn't mean congress sees it that way, so what looks like a delay to you might very well be typical procedural timeframe. ...
