High Protein Dates Smoothie for Breakfast - Arabian Knight
A protein-rich, thick and tasty smoothie.
Ingredients:
150 ml skimmed milk
2 pitted dates
2-3 ice cubes
1/2 tbsp OZiva Superfood Peanut Butter
1 scoop OZiva Protein & Herbs (Vanilla almond)
Method :
Blend together all ingredients until smooth and serve chilled.
